SHIPPING & RETURNS

In accordance with our sustainable values, all FROLOV pieces are made to order and tailored to your personal measurements. Due to high demand, your order will be produced individually within 4 weeks after payment, or shipped within 3-5 working days if it's available in stock.

Items from the Couture or Bridal collections will be produced within 21-42 business days after the order is placed.

TERMS:

 

Any item may be tailor-made individually for your personal parameters. This is a service free of charge. If you wish to take advantage of it, please note this when creating your order.

 

After placing an order our customer support team will contact you additionally to discuss delivery terms.

DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE:

 

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by «Nova Poshta» service. The cost of service is free.

 

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY:

We ship worldwide. International deliveries are carried out by Nova Global, FedEx, UPS or DHL Express.

 

Please note that the shipment will be carried out from Ukraine. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. We are not liable for any local taxes, which must be paid according to the destination country’s legislation. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

 

RETURNS:

 

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange the item(s). In case of return or exchange, goods must remain in their original state with tags on and be in the same package as received. Please note that any corsetry, underwear, gloves, legwear are non-refundable and not exchangeable.

Kindly note that items made according to your personal measurements are not eligible for exchange or return.

We will refund or exchange in 3 weeks after we receive the returned items. Shipping cost at your expense.

Taxes paid are not refundable.

 

PAYMENT:

Our payment system is Plata by mono, an online acquiring service from Monobank (Universal Bank). We accept Visa and Mastercard and guarantee the security and anonymity of your data.
